- Goods sold are non refundable / exchangeable.
- No back out policy once payment has been made. Payment/Deposit paid will be forfeited upon due notice by seller to buyer in the event buyer cancel his/her order.
- Items to be sold on a first come first serve basis. Order accepted / confirmed but not paid within 12 hours will be released for sale to next interested buyer.
- Rights reserved to cancel any confirmed order in the event buyer is suspected to be hocus pocus. Full refund where payment has been made.
- Seller is not accountable for the mishandling of item(s) by POS MALAYSIA or other courier companies (as price does not include insurance) and will not be held responsible for any lost of package during the course of delivery by these courier companies except to the amount recovered from these courier companies where applicable.
